Today's effort resulted in 1736 splogs being deleted. Google seems to have selectively ignored about one fifth of my splog reports for some unknown reason. I'll try to resubmit the ignored splogs along with 5000+ ignored splogs from last Friday.
There doesn't seem to be any pattern as to which splogs they are deleting and which ones they are simply ignoring. I think they are just overwhelmed with splog reports from me as well as others.
Read my post explaining why SplogFighter and I don't remove the spam. If we weren't running antispam blogs we would, but I this really well demonstrates the spam problem.
Even if you disable Captcha, you can still go in and DELETE COMMENTS FOREVER that are spam comments.
Thereby decreasing the amount of spam comments in the blogosphere. If you have time to post and hound Blogger, surely you have time to delete spam comments? Why don't you delete the existing spam comments as they appear?

Is there any pattern to the ones they miss? You would think they would be doing an even better job now that they realize splogs are a problem again.
